If you speak to Mark Voight who owns Community Bowling Centers, which is the largest independent chain in the United States, he will tell you that one of the most important things a bowling center can have today is clean air. He says that it was nearly 15 years ago when he purchased the first electronic air cleaning system from Dale Dillard because according to Mark "one of our centers had an accumulation of smoke that was so thick it produced a constant blue haze."

On The Way to Having Them in All Centers
Today 75% of the 22 centers owned and operated by Mark have an average of five units per center. Mark says that he is such a believer in the air cleaners because in addition to taking the smoke out " the systems move a lot of air. This causes people to perceive that they are getting air movement similar to a breeze, but while they are still inside the building, which is a real positive for them and their experience at the centers."

A Personal Relationship With Great Service
When asked how he came to chose Dale Dillard and AbsoAir,LLC to provide the systems for his centers, Mark said " I met Dale some time ago at a bowling center proprietors convention when he was with Honeywell." Since then he has continued to deal with Dale because he appreciates "his outstanding job on providing both products and service in a timely manner as well as excellent follow up with any problems."

This relationship has served the bowling centers well. As AbsoAir has changed from providing electronic air cleaning systems to the more advanced media air systems which are now manufactured by the company, Mark notes that "as the newer systems have been installed in the centers, people are now commenting that they appreciate the clean environment and would return because of the air quality." When asked if he would recommend AbsoAir to other bowling center and bar owners, Mark says "absolutely and I have also frequently used the company for servicing existing units as well.
