When Kip and his wife Susan opened Bistro Bordeau in Auburn Hills, Michigan two years ago, they were looking to attract a clientele with discriminating tastes. Kip says, "Along with fine wines and excellent cuisine, we wanted to offer cigars, but the entire dining room is non-smoking. A Surprising Discovery
Taking a chance, Kip and Susan began to offer premium cigars to the customers who had a taste for them, hoping that the fact that the bar is somewhat separated from the dining room would diminish any annoyance to their non-smoking guests.
